This privacy notice is prepared for launch review. It describes the data used by the current website forms, email provider, analytics and payment flow.

Data we collect

Forms may collect name, work email, organisation, venue type, enquiry details, consent status and readiness-check answers where you request an emailed result.

How we use it

We use data to respond to enquiries, send requested resources, provide product support, manage consented launch updates and improve the service.

Email processing

Website form emails are prepared for Resend delivery. Form content is sent to the PublicReady mailbox and should not be logged with personal data in production.

Payments

Payments, once enabled, are handled by Stripe Payment Links. Stripe may process payment, billing and receipt information under its own privacy terms.

Marketing consent

Marketing contacts should only be added where the consent checkbox is ticked. Consent must be stored with timestamp and source.

Cookies and analytics

The site is prepared for Cloudflare Web Analytics. Analytics must not include names, email addresses, free-text form content, readiness answers or payment information.

Retention and rights

Retention periods and rights-handling wording should be confirmed before launch. Requests can be sent to info@publicready.co.uk.
