This privacy notice is prepared for launch review. It describes the data used by the current website forms, email provider, analytics and payment flow.

Data we collect

The founder-list form collects first name, work email, organisation, venue type and marketing consent. Other forms may collect enquiry details and readiness-check answers.

How we use it

We use form data to respond to enquiries, provide product support and, where marketing consent is given, send PublicReady launch updates, practical guidance, product and service information and relevant resources.

Email processing

Website form emails are delivered using Resend. Form content is sent to the PublicReady mailbox and should not be logged with personal data in production.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe Payment Links. Stripe may process payment, billing and receipt information under its own privacy terms.

Marketing consent

Marketing contacts should only be added where the consent checkbox is ticked. Consent is stored with a timestamp and the form source.

Cookies and analytics

The site is prepared for Cloudflare Web Analytics. Analytics must not include names, email addresses, free-text form content, readiness answers or payment information.

Retention and rights

Retention periods and rights-handling wording should be confirmed before launch. Requests can be sent to info@publicready.co.uk.
