These terms are prepared for launch review. Company number, registered office, VAT position, refund wording and digital-content consent must be confirmed before live checkout.

Seller identity

Digital content

Products are supplied as digital preparation files. Access and fulfilment should happen only after confirmed payment.

Licence restrictions

Starter and Plus packages are licensed for one premises. Multi-site use requires a multi-site licence. Files may not be resold, redistributed or published publicly.

Payments and refunds

Payments are handled through Stripe Payment Links. Refund and cancellation wording must be reviewed against the Consumer Contracts Regulations and the seller's digital-content consent flow.

Updates and support

Update entitlement depends on the package purchased. Support is limited to product use and does not include legal, regulatory or specialist security advice.

Intellectual property and liability

PublicReady retains intellectual property in the templates and materials. Liability limits must be reviewed and remain subject to UK law.
